Legal Immunity

Today in a 6-2 decision, the U.S. Supreme Court sided with manufacturers of vaccines by holding that they are immune from liability in lawsuits filed against them.  The Court held that a special vaccination court created in 1986 has jurisdiction to decide the level of compensation for people alleging to be injured by vaccines.
