The U.S. Supreme Court released its orders list this morning, and the nineteen page document did not contain any information regarding the pending cases relating to gay marriage.

Nine of the nineteen pages in the list was a dissent by Justice Sotomayor regarding the denial of certiorari of Benny Lee Hodge v Kentucky (No. 11-10974), a case involving a convicted murderer whose attorney did not investigate or provide any evidence of the physical or mental abuse Mr. Hodge experienced as a child.

The next conference to discuss cases is this Friday, December 7.
